1. General Refund Policy
All subscription and service fees paid for the Scan & Return App are generally non-refundable once the account is activated and access to the service is provided.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Non-usage of the service after activation
Change of mind after purchasing a subscription
Failure to use the service after activation
Loss or damage of QR code stickers
Inability to recover lost items (as recovery depends on third-party actions)
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests may be considered in the following genuine cases:
Duplicate payment for the same subscription
Incorrect charge amount (different from displayed price)
Verified technical failure in processing the subscription
Service not delivered after successful payment
Note: Users must contact customer support with valid payment details and transaction ID for review within 7 days of the transaction date.
4. Refund Processing
Genuine refund requests, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable time at the discretion of the App management. The process includes:
Step 1: Submit refund request with payment proof
Step 2: Our team verifies the request (5-7 business days)
Step 3: If approved, refund is initiated to original payment method
Step 4: Refund reflects in your account within 7-10 business days
5. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard. However:
Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle
No refund will be provided for the remaining period of the current subscription
Access to premium features will continue until the current billing period ends
6. Chargebacks
In case of a chargeback initiated by the user without prior contact:
The account may be suspended immediately
Access to all services will be blocked
Additional fees may apply for chargeback processing
7. Discounts and Promotions
If a refund is approved for a purchase made with a discount or promotional offer:
Refund amount will be the actual amount paid, not the original price
Discount coupons used will not be reinstated
