A discount of 50% on the applicable Business/Institution subscription fee shall be allowed when the total number of registrations under the same management exceeds 10. Initially, registrations may be made at the normal subscription rate. Once the total registrations cross 10, the organization becomes eligible for the 50% discount from the first registration itself. The excess amount already paid on the earlier registrations shall be adjusted against future registrations or renewals under the same management. For the purpose of this discount, registrations may be made branch-wise, section-wise, department-wise, or in-charge-wise, provided all such registrations belong to units operating under the same management or organization. The management reserves the right to verify eligibility before granting or adjusting the discount benefit.

To encourage wider adoption, the Scan & Return App provides special discount coupons for individuals, institutions, business firms, and corporate organizations.
These discounts are applicable for the first year subscription only and are available for a limited promotional period, generally within 2โ3 months from launch or official notification.

All subscriptions under the Scan & Return platform are valid for one year from the date of activation. Subscribers are required to renew their subscriptions annually to continue using the services and maintain active QR code functionality.
A grace period of 15 days from the date of expiry is provided for renewal. During this period, subscribers may renew without losing their existing registration details.
If the subscription is not renewed within the grace period, the registration may be automatically deactivated and associated services suspended.
Subscribers can reactivate their account later by paying the applicable renewal fee. Upon successful renewal, the original Subscriber ID and QR Code will normally be restored within 7 working days, subject to verification and system processing.
